How I do some of the photo based images

One of the fun things I like to do is download photos on the web and use them to create abstrac art. i do this by studying the photos and sampling a body part or part of the photo that has distinct textures, colors or lines that when sampled can be morphed into interesting and allmost always unpredictable images. Every thing in the images that you see comes form that photo. It's a lot of fun!
